Simple Ways to Increase Customer Retention
Robot Marketing Gym - Workshop Series
Thursday, June 30th from 11:30 to 1:00

It's easier and far less expensive to keep exisiting customers than it is to go out and find new ones. If you don't have a customer retention program in place, you could actually be losing sales! Whether you need to start from scratch or strengthen an existing program, this workshop will give you simple ideas that can be immediately implemented.

Business Owners and Marketing Directors are encouraged to attend. Cost is $40 and lunch will be provided. Space is limited to 8 people in non-competing businesses, so please RSVP soon to reserve your spot.

Please call (210-476-8801) or email Natalie for more information or to RSVP.

Vet says, "Dogs should NOT eat socks!"
and Lara can testify to it...

In early May, Zena, Lara's English Mastif, feasted on a pair of socks that were folded up together on the top of the laundry basket. After 2 surgeries and a month of recovery, she's doing great.

This gives new meaning to the excuse, "My dog ate it!" We just wanted to thank everyone for their patience over the last month.

Business weaving its way into world of fine art
Lara was asked to write a guest commentary for the "Business and the Arts" special feature in the San Antonio Business Journal. The article was in the May 13th print edition.

The G.E.A.R.s Are Turning
The summer internship program takes off
As the word about G.E.A.R. spreads each year, it gets harder and harder to select our non-profit clients! After a very difficult selection process, the groups we will be working with are Transplants for Children and CAMP.

The G.E.A.R. interns for 2005 are Jessica Bettancourt and Michael Perez. Jessica will be a senior this fall at Sam Houston University in Huntsville, Texas and is studying Graphic Design. Michael in an incoming senior at San Antonio College and is studying Visual Communications.

What's up at ROBOT Art Gallery?
