Watch your Marketing ROI - it's even more important with the uncertain economy. |

I have been asked to conduct several workshops over the next month that deal with how to maximize your marketing ROI. Here are the details:
|
"Driving Sales to Your Business - Using the Internet"
This workshop will be part of a two-part series being produced by the Small Business Development Center, "Navigating the Storm: Keeping Your Business Afloat in the Down Economy". "Interactive ROI. Is it Worth Doing?
With all the time, planning, design, and maintenance that your online presence requires, how will you determine if your online efforts are meeting your company's goals and objectives? How will you determine the return on your investment and capitalize on the areas that are worth your focus and efforts? This will be the final presentation at the all day workshop by IABC, "How Aligned is Your Online Communication Strategy". There is a great line up of presenters scheduled throughout the day to help you tighten up your online strategy. Tuesday February 24 at The Westin La Cantera Resort. Full day is $150 (for non IABC members). Get more info and register online >>

"Maximize Your Customer Retention"
It's a lot less expensive to keep your existing customers than it is to attract new ones. If customer retention isn't a measurable part of your marketing plan, you will need to attend this session. This workshop will cover the basics behind developing a solid retention plan and is part of the Robot Marketing Gym workshop series. March 10 from 11:30am - 1pm at Robot Creative. Free for Strategic Marketing customers. $45 for business owners/marketing coordinators. Get more info here >> Call or email Carl at 210/476-8801 to register.
