When ROBOT undertakes a website project, we don't just design it. At various stages in the process, each of our three departments
(marketing, design and interactive) contributes their particular
expertise to complete the project. This may mean our websites take a
little longer, but they produce better results.
We look at everything from the ground up, beginning with the company's positioning and brand to their competition, messaging and future growth needs. We also carefully consider integration options with third-party software.

Katie Rider joins ROBOT as the Business Development Manager. With over 9
years working in advertising sales ranging from direct mail to
newspaper and internet advertising, her breadth of experience gives her
the perfect background to help educate and assist our
small/medium-sized business clients. In addition to her media sales
experience, Katie has also worked in sales promotion and marketing for
a major West Coast lifestyle magazine and a well-known skin care brand.
