The historic Briggs Ranch is home to The Golf Club of Texas (public course), housing developments and commercial real estate. The historic aspect of this Texas ranch was to be played up by using a woodcut style reminiscent of old mortised cuts and early American advertising. This logo, like the golf club logo, has a centerpiece, the "BR", that can stand alone or with blades of grass. This logo is meant to work well with the golf club logos, but was given its own twist with the blades of grass.
